By ordering from momajaqs.com you accept the terms below. They exist so both sides know where they stand.

Using this site

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. Please do not attempt to interfere with the site, scrape it, or use it for anything unlawful. We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, resale in breach of these terms, or an obvious pricing error.

Products and how they are shown

We photograph products as accurately as we can, but screens vary and a colour on your monitor may differ slightly from the item in hand. Cup and container capacities are the manufacturer's stated fill volumes. Case counts are stated on every listing — read them before ordering, since a case of 1,000 cups is a large physical object.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is added at checkout where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have paid for an order. Occasionally a listing carries a typographic error; if that happens we will contact you before charging, and you may confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

Availability

Stock figures are kept current but can move between your adding an item and paying for it. If something you ordered turns out to be unavailable we will tell you promptly and refund that line in full.

Custom printing

Custom orders require your written approval of a digital proof before we go to press. Approving the proof means approving the artwork, spelling, and colours shown in it. You confirm that you hold the rights to any logo or artwork you supply, and you accept responsibility for any third-party claim arising from it. Printed goods are non-returnable — see our refund policy.

Your account

If you create an account, keep the password to yourself and let us know if you think someone else has it. Activity under your account is treated as yours.

Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent US law allows, our liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit or lost business, however arising.

Links to other sites

Where we link to a third party we do so for convenience. Their content and their policies are theirs, not ours.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and any dispute falls to the courts of Massachusetts.

Changes to these terms

The version published on this page at the moment you order is the version that applies. We update it from time to time and the current text always sits here.
