That makes it the size worth printing first if you are only going to print one, because it goes out more often than anything above or below it in the range. It is also the size most people picture when they order without specifying, which keeps the counter conversation short.

Made to order: allow 5 to 10 business days for digital proof approval and printing before your order ships. Ground delivery then takes 4 to 8 business days. A case of 1000 is a bulk restock quantity rather than a small pack.
