A digital proof is sent for written approval before the print run begins, so nothing goes on press until you have seen it and said yes. That approval step is also the one most likely to add time, because it waits on you rather than on the printer.

Made to order: allow 5 to 10 business days for digital proof approval and printing before your order ships. Ground delivery then takes 4 to 8 business days. Plan a first order around that timeline rather than around your current stock level, and treat 1000 cups as a bulk restock quantity rather than a small pack.
